Looking for a cheap but good CPU?

If you are building a gaming pc and looking for a cheap but good CPU then I highly suggest the Intel 10th gen core I3 10100F or any variation of it. I was running a I7 860 and decided it was time for an upgrade, so I shopped around looking at the I5 11600k but when comparing the results others have gotten, the 10100F gave the right amount of performance to not only game on but multitask as for developing software, rendering videos, and running Photoshop. I have been using this processor for about a month, after finally getting the board to let the setup boot which comes from it being open box Newegg where they left thermal paste of the pins of the board. As of the time of this writing it is still going strong, it has been running my games great (Forza Horizon 5, Black Ops: Cold War, Elden Ring, Call of duty modern warfare II, and more AAA games as well as Indie) and as I have it paired with a Hyper 212 Black Edition from cooler master, I have had no issues with overheating. I am running the max ram speed at 2666mhz, which I was not aware was the max for this CPU and the board I have it in, I will be trying it in a B560 board and attempt to get my full ram speed of 3200mhz, this will be in a future update of comparing the boards. Overall I would recommend picking this chip up for the low price.
