Did you know you can add stream avatars to your streams and it allows viewers to pick their favorite character? It also allows the viewers to interact and blow up their characters, run, jump, and so much more. I personally enjoy using stream avatars not only because it gives my viewers something to use and interact with but because it is simple and easy to use and navigate.
You basically go into your stream labs or OBS and add a new game capture since it is running through steam and do worry, you can still play your games with it running. It does not cause any issues at all. You are going to right click on your game capture hit properties and click stream avatars. Renaming your game capture will allow you to figure out what it is so it will always be there.
To set it up you will have to add the extension to your twitch in which it is called stream avatars. Once you added it to your twitch you will hit the configure window and it will tell you how to do it.
When adding characters keep in mind you only can add so many, the character gear and customizations also counts so be cautious. If you run out of room you can always buy an extra upload room which will give you a little more or you can go and become a patron on their Patreon to help support them.
You will have to use the inbuild steam workshop on the software because the steam workshop on the steam does not work and will not carry over.
Once you have the characters and background and it is the way you want it, you will simply hit the connect button and it will and should automatically run. You can always test it yourself to be sure.
