YouTube has a lot of things going on. YouTube is adding AI to their platform to help creators create videos and content. This will help out a lot of creators that have issues brainstorming popular ideas to help their channel grow.
YouTube is also putting a lock on the next in queue button for Premium payers in which it won’t really work anymore for free so they can make money on it. To me it sucks because then I am going to have to go back and find the videos that I want to watch next and with my mind, I will end up forgetting what it was by the end of the video that I am watching.
It seems like all the good and helpful things are requiring payment now and it sucks that a lot of companies are now money hungry and want any dollar they can get. You cannot even use ad blocker on YouTube because basically it doesn’t work and you cannot watch your shows because you can get banned for it.
Like what kind of mess is this? I use YouTube to sleep by and have videos lined up so I don’t have to wake up at night and try to find something. I do know I don’t have the money for a premium and I probably will use Pluto or some other platform to be honest.
This is getting out of hand, it is bad enough as it is with the hour long ads and 20+ minute ads as it is let alone The cost of living has shot up and you can barely afford anything.
I feel like they are taking a page out of netflix book.
To kind of combat it, you can make a watch playlist and add your videos to it but still you’re going to have to clear it and add more to it and it is just going to be a lot of work in the end.
Apparently they removed it due to back lash and other things so we will see how this plays out.
