Kick Verification (They won’t verify the hard working ones)
As we all know Kick is a rival platform for streaming. They are not as strict as twitch was but now that twitch is allowing multi-streaming and fixing and adding a few more things to better the site, it seems like Kick is kind of falling.
Kick was a step up but now it appears to be the stepdown…
Kick verification requires 20 subscribers within 30 days, 75 viewers within 30 days, 12 days of streaming within 30 days, 20 hours of streaming within 30 days, 300 chatters within 30 days. Once you hit all of those you are supposed to email them and let them know and they were supposed to approve you.
The keyword there is “were”. A lot of people are no longer getting approved even though they hit it.
The ones that are already approved before this new requirements, had themselves tabbed, bot viewed and everything else but the ones that are working hard for it doesn’t even get anything or they get an email stating they have broken rules and everything else.
This really sucks for those who are grinding nonstop trying to become a full time creator and better their lives but with this they cannot do that.
I hope the ones that are trying to get verified get it because they deserve it. Content creating is not for the weak.
Trying to make sure to be engaging, make sure you are creating great content, making sure you are doing everything for your content to be the best it can can lead to burnout. Burnout is real and it happens quickly.
We are not grinding for verification on kick and probably will not stream on it since they are doing people wrong in more ways than one.
