If you read the title, then you know why you are here. I too cannot play on controller anymore as good as I once did before I switched to pc full time. There are a few Xbox cloud games that I had to pass up on due to controller and me not having a great relationship as we once did.

So we over at Tainted Co has done some digging and we found extensions for it. Yes they cost but they don’t cost an arm and leg as you are thinking they would. It is a one time payment and then it is yours for the keeping.

I have no affiliation with these companies but I can tell you it is better than trying to figure out the controls on controller again.

This only works if you are playing the beta version on https://www.xbox.com/en-US/play. If you like playing cloud games and they tend to crash and have errors and have network lags or lines going cross the screen due to refresh rate. Use the website it helps with that and isn’t so bad. I personally love this and this is how I play my cloud games.
