This game is pretty much like fast food simulator and supermarket simulator however, you are a doctor and your job is to diagnose, treat patients and make sure they do not die. A lot of patients will walk out instead of getting treatment. You also will end up getting weapons to defend yourself later on.
The more you level up the hospital the more different it gets and unlocks other medications and treatment supplies.
The whiteboard allows you to know what symptoms to look for which patients will lie to you and say they had an old gunshot wound or something to throw you off meaning you have to work quick. The ones in my game we have to look out for the forearm bleeding.
We also know if they need bandages, blood and painkiller they are going to turn so we try to work on them first or those with less help because in a blink of an eye trying to get medications, the patients will die on the bed randomly if you are not careful so keep body bags on hand and then take them outside and walk down the stairs and stick them in the freezer.
The patients can end up turning into zombies due to not being cured fast enough. So eventually you are going to have to fight off zombies and help patients. The zombies can be outside and it can cause a code white throughout the building sending patients into frights and scaring them meaning you have to go outside and take them out.
The blood pressure cup is like a mini game, you have to hold left click until it gets to the top and then when it drops down and the bar turns green you have to click it, if you mess up you have to restart the blood pressure. To me it is annoying but hey whatever works.
You also have to clean the beds and chairs so be sure to have cleaner on hand for the chairs and make sure your sheets are washed for the beds.
