Motherboard Ram Issues

Motherboards can be tricky, sometimes if the ram is not in the right spot it can make the computer go into a loop of cutting off and cutting on trying to restart to fix itself. People said that the issue could be the power supply is going out when that most of the time is not the case. I put a new motherboard in my pc because the ram speed was not reading correctly and I was not getting all of my ram and it made my pc run poorly and lag over nothing.

After 30 minutes of tearing it down and putting new in, I was happy to finally be able to use all or most of my ram speed and that it would run smoothly but when I started plugging it up and trying to cut it on it went into bios and I was able to set up my new motherboard.

On the restart of bios, it decided to go into the loop with flashing lights and cutting off and on and off and on with no screen. I knew something was wrong, so I unplugged the HDMI port to the GPU and plugged it straight into the board and then tried it again and then unplugged it from the board to the GPU.

As doing research I looked at my ram and had an idea. I moved my ram around and that was the issue. It was in a slot that could not read it. I moved it from the slot and from then on I had no issue with it.
