Passed out is one of those games that is PVPVE. It is not the greatest game since it is early access. There are over 2000 zombies in the game with 50 players each round. This game is hard just trying to survive the zombies.
They are everywhere and will come out of no where. The players on the other hand, they are everywhere also so you are going to have to be dodging and killing players and zombies. There is loot everywhere and your backpack may become full trying to hold it all. The zombies are a challenge and over power so be ready. To escape you have to find an exfil location. and good luck with that.
To become on top of the leaderboard it counts the zombie kills you get. There are also different load out drops you can spawn at.
There is no multiplayer at the moment but you can team up with friends if you want to. Multiplayer is coming soon.
