XBplay is basically using your Xbox remote play and wiring it into your steam allowing you to play Xbox one and S/ X games on your Pc in 1080p.
This basically is kind of like Geforce now and cloud gaming just for your console.
This can be played pretty much on any laptop or pc that does not have a graphics card in which Geforce now is a great thing for also.
This is pretty much for streamers and others that are wanting to stream their games but do not have a great pc to do so on.
You just download and sign in and then boom, your xbox is now on your pc.
